CASE STUDY: Cobham
Construction of a single-storey rear extension to create a new open-plan kitchen, living, and utility space. This project features treated and varnished timber cladding that contrasts with the zinc roof. JP Design was also tasked with sourcing and installing a bespoke kitchen and utility space. Following the extension, we completed a full landscaping package, including a new patio, lawn, and border planters.
Seamlessly combining modern design with timeless Victorian character, this project brings old and new together in a way that feels both natural and considered. The cozy charm of the original cottage is preserved, while a new open‑plan living and dining space introduces light, flow, and contemporary comfort. A zinc roof and timber cladding were introduced to complement the existing rendered façade, creating a cohesive and balanced exterior. The transformation was completed with full landscaping, including a new patio, lawn, and border planters that beautifully connect the home with its garden.

CASE STUDY: The Lodge
Complete demolition and renovation of both ground and first floor Edwardian house within the charter’s estate of Sunninghill. Including a new 2 storey extension to the rear. This project included three new bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining & living space. All powered with the use of Solar panels and an air source heat pump.
Opening what was once a closed and dark property and turning it into a property with an abundance of natural light and with the ideal flow for hosting and relaxing. Putting a modern spin on this Edwardian house while keeping to the sought-after aesthetic. Implementing Morden green energy sources into this character historic house.

CASE STUDY: Chauntry Road
Construction of a 2-storey rear extension with 3 pitched roofs signifying the three 1st floor bedrooms. Build of two new Ensuites & upgrading the family bathroom, Building an open plan kitchen & dining room with Cinema room within the ground floor extension, opening up the ground & 1st floor hallways & the build of a dormer over the garage to introduce a 5th bedroom to the property.
A large rear extension significantly enhances the home, expanding the bedroom and incorporating a new dormer. Completely changing the look of the rear of the house, creating a unique eye-catching look. The project also creates an open-plan kitchen-dining space and a dedicated cinema room, boosting both functionality and entertainment options.

CASE STUDY: Sturt Road
A recently purchased 3 storey property that was left to rack and ruin, our client wanted to completely overhaul the property, gutting it back to it 4 external walls. This project included the build of a 2-storey side extension that required underpinning foundations, as the property is situated on a hill, to construct a new basement, basement waterproofing system, a single storey rear extension with large central skylight, reorganisation of the houses layout, 3 new bathrooms, a large utility room, open plan kitchen diner, 4 bedrooms, new study and Gym space.
A full house renovation transformed the property from a state of disrepair into a beautiful, liveable home. The project included complete upgrades, featuring brand-new bathrooms and a modern kitchen, restoring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

CASE STUDY: Coie Cas
Extend the existing loft space, removing the existing roof trusses and installing a tele beam system to support the roof structure and turn the loft space into an extra bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Remove all existing roof tiles and install new, whilst integrating solar panels to both roof pitches. Remove the existing flat roof over the previously extended garage and install a new cut pitched roof for added storage.
