JP Design Ltd is a third-generation construction and renovation company with roots stretching back to the 1980s. Founded by John Piper and built on traditional craftsmanship, trust, and family values, the company has grown into a modern, forward-thinking contractor serving clients across Surrey and the South of England.
What started as a small family business has evolved into a full-service construction firm offering high-end residential and commercial projects — all while maintaining the same hands-on, personal approach that defined the company from the beginning.
Jason started as a carpenter with his father, John, before moving into construction management and rising to Building Director. In 2007, he returned to lead the family business, shaping JP Design into the company it is today — built on relationships, quality, and excellence. His hands-on experience continues to guide the company’s vision and growth.
Vickie brings a wealth of experience from the finance and administration departments of multiple businesses across various industries. In 2012, she joined her husband Jason at JP Design Ltd to manage the growing needs of the company. Today, Vickie oversees the company’s finances and administration, ensuring smooth operations and supporting continued growth.
Kevin also started his career in carpentry, working with his father and brother before moving to the United States in the 1990s, where he ran his own successful contracting business. He returned to the UK in the late 2010s and now leads purchasing and design for JP Design, managing relationships with suppliers and overseeing material specifications for all projects.
Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Curtis entered construction straight from school. He built his early career with a Tier 1 contractor, managing high-end residential projects worth millions. Now, he’s joined forces with his father Jason to lead project delivery at JP Design Ltd — bringing energy, attention to detail, and a passion for quality to every job.
